That this writ application is being filed for directing the respondent concerned to construct proposed Mega Grabage dumping point at panchayat, Mahui, appertaining to Mahui Thana No. 388, situated at Khata no. 2, Khesra no. 696, area 3000 Squre feet, which has been allotted by the concerned respondents, considering the hardship being faced by the local people but the antisocial elements are trying to create hindrance

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
