That through this application, the petitioner invokes the extra ordinary jurisdiction for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding the concerned respondents to make construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan (Panchayat Government Building) strictly in terms of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16465 of 2024(2) dt.28-10-2024 2/2 instructions/guidelines of the Directorate, Department of Panchayat, Government of Bihar, Patna, upon the land selected/approved in the panchayat head quarter of village-Majhouliya, through an unanimous decision of village Aam Sabha, taken in its meeting dated 5.1.2022.

And Further issue a direction to cancel the tender and stop construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan (Panchayat Government Building) at another village namely Horalpatti, which is a small village under the gram Panchayat Raj Village Majhouliya, for which tender has been invited through the daily news paper, published on 7.1.2024."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director, Panchyat Raj Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, i.e. the Respondent No. 2, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
