Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Siswan (Chainpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners happen to be brothers-in-law of the deceased and they claim that they are separate from the husband of the deceased.

Learned counsel of the petitioners submits that parents-in-law of the deceased have already been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69134 of 2019(4) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail. He further submits that postmortem report of the deceased goes to show that no external injury was found on the person of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Siwan in Siswan (Chainpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) shahzad/- U T
