Both the petitioners were apprehended from a vehicle wherefrom on search 144 litres of Indian origin of foreign wine were seized and for that, petitioners happen to be under custody since 22.02.2017, having clean antecedent.
Accordingly, petitioners, Md. Umar and Md. Aslam @ Aslam are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.
