2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 126 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-b) A and 26 of the Arms Act.
3. It is alleged that one country made pistol and one alive cartridge was recovered from the house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner is in judicial custody since 03.07.2023 and petitioner has got clean antecedent as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73320 of 2023(2) dt.22-11-2023 2/2 stated in para-3 of the petition.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S.
