2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37748 of 2024 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 79 of 2025 to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not get the information regarding the passing of the bail order as he was outside the State and therefore, he could
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72531 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 not surrender in the Court below well within time. It is prayed on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that further time may be extended so that the petitioner could surrender in the Court below.
4. Considering the contentions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds no merit to allow the present modification application.
5. Accordingly, the present modification application is dismissed.
6. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within six weeks and pray for regular bail.
