2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 371 of 2025 dated 12.08.2025, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he helped his younger brother namely, Shyam Ram @ Ghanshyam Ram in disposing of the body of deceased, who was said to be killed by his father namely, Shyam Ram @ Ghanshyam Ram.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the deceased is son of Shyam Ram @ Ghanshyam Ram from his first wife namely, Baby

Petitioner is the uncle of the deceased and full brother of Shyam Ram @ Ghanshyam Ram due to which he has been falsely made accused in this case. It is next submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the specific allegation is against co-accused Shyam Ram @ Ghanshyam Ram, who is said to have killed his son by pressing his neck by towel and also by climbing on his chest. Learned counsel further submitted that petitioner is living separately from his younger brother namely, Shyam Ram @ Ghanshyam Ram and he has no concern with the family affairs of Shyam Ram @ Ghanshyam Ram. It is further submitted that the informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Lastly, it has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 371 of 2025, he shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
