The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 1236 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 384, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the First Information Report is lodged after lapse of 7 days of the alleged occurrence. No one has sustained injuries in the occurrence. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24714 of 2018(2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 1236 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
