JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case no. 201 of 2017 registered under Sections 21 and 22 of N.D.P.S.Act, pending in the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Kishanganj.

As per prosecution 7 1⁄2 Kg. Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioners at Bihar Bus Stand, Kishanganj and the petitioners were apprehended.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. It is further submitted that on seeing police party

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and further in view of the fact that 7 1⁄2 Kg Ganja has been recovered from the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
