JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 176 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with Sibu Yadav and other accused persons. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5955 of 2018(4) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 176 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
