2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 532 of 2024 instituted under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The prosecution side is said to have been assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the present petitioner is a 33 year old female.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 532 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
