The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Agamkuan PS Case No. 85 of 2023, FIR dated 27.01.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 448, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner moved before this Hon'ble Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 46948 of 2023, but the same was rejected vide order dated 12.10.2023. 4.

The petitioner has again approached this Hon'ble Court for grant of anticipatory bail after his earlier anticipatory bail application was rejected vide order dated 12.10.2023.

Hence, the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed accordingly.
