2. Having regard to the statement made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 2, indicating that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, the writ petition stands disposed off.
3. The respondents shall ensure that actual payment in terms of the order granting the benefit to the petitioner is paid to him expeditiously and latest within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before the District Education Officer, East Champaran.

4. For the sake of convenience, let the District Education Officer, East Champaran be impleaded as respondent no. 4. Necessary correction be made in the cause title by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.
