2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 19.04.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3487 of 2018, whereby the respondents have been directed to consider the claim of the petitioner sympathetically with regard

Opposite Parties have filed the show cause, wherein, in paragraph Nos. 10 and 11 it has been stated that upon verification of the case of the petitioner's dependent status a sum of Rs.13,75,000/- has been credited in the account of the petitioner and the petitioner is also receiving pension regularly.

4. Learned advocate for the petitioner, however, submits that the petitioner is entitled to receive more than what has been given to the petitioner in terms of order dated 24.07.2024 passed in L.P.A. No. 1045 of 2019, which was preferred against the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3487 of 2018. Insofar as the direction in the writ petition is concerned, I find that the opposite parties have complied with the order passed in the writ petition by making payment of the petitioner to the tune of Rs.13,75,000/- and monthly pension to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this contempt petition shall stand closed with a liberty granted to the petitioner that if the petitioner is of the view that she is entitled to receive more amount from the State Government under the same scheme in terms of the order passed in the L.P.A. mentioned above, it shall be open for the petitioner to move the Division Bench of this

Patna High Court MJC No.4110 of 2019(4) dt.04-08-2025 3/3 Court for non-compliance of the order passed in the L.P.A., as may be permitted under the law.

6. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed of with the above observations.
