Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ziradei P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from a Bolero vehicle and the petitioner has no concern either with the seized article or with the vehicle in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 89 of 2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
