The petitioners seek bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioners are driver of the alleged vehicle and they have no
