2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 658 of 2023 (N.D.P.S. G.R. Case No.99 of 2023) lodged on 28.11.2023, for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) & 23(c) of the N.D.P.S Act read with sections 25(1-b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sessions Judge/Special Judge, East Champaran at Motihari.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the regular bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice vide orders dated 24.04.2024 & 19.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 13468 of 2024 and 83457 of 2024 respectively.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70992 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 Counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2023.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the regular bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice by this Hon'ble Court and thereafter, petitioner moved before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave Petition (Criminal) Diary No.38522 of 2025 which was also dismissed on 01.09.2025 and just after 25 days, petitioner has moved before this Hon'ble Court for seeking bail.

5. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the bail application of the petitioner at present. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
