JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Singhia P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-30(A)/38(i)(ii), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It has been submitted that there is allegation against this petitioner that 10 bottles of 375 ml. each foreign liquor has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 25-05-2017.
