2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Suryapur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code to which later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant and his family member.

4. One son of the petitioner namely, Ravi Shankar Ram, is the assailant of the deceased. The petitioner is the member of the illegal mob.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- II, Bikramganj, Rohtas/ concerned Court in connection with Suryapura P.S.
