JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sarai P. S. Case No. 77 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 384, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. there is general allegation of assault against the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 27.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 53176 of 2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the

No.69430 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XII-cum-Sub Judge, XIV, Vaishali, at Hajipur, in connection with Sarai P. S. Case No. 77 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
