The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. case no. 122 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police after investigation has submitted final form in favour of the petitioner and differing with the same learned Magistrate took cognizance in the instant case. He further submits that in view of the fact that the police after investigation submitted final form, the petitioner deserves anticipatory bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25275 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. case no. 122 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
