2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Akorhigola @ Akodhigola @ Akhodhigola P.S. Case No. 210 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 103, 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27of the Arms Act.
3. From the FIR it appears that the assailant of the deceased is one Gandhi Kumar. The petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased and the deceased and Gandhi Kumar are from the same side.
4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71339 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 offence. Petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas/concerned Court below in connection with Akorhigola @ Akodhigola @ Akhodhigola P.S. Case No. 210 of 2025.
