The petitioner approached Circle Officer, Silao, Nalanda for getting land possession certificate as well as certificate of Genealogical table of his father and filed petition before the Circle Officer, Silao, Nalanda for getting the aforesaid documents but in spite of his best efforts, the Circle Officer, Silao, Nalanda did not issue the required documents rather allegedly, one employee asked the petitioner to grease his palm. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of giving direction to respondent nos. 2

Patna High Court CWJC No.9432 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 and 4 to ensure the issuance of required documents to the petitioner in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order and furthermore, the respondent no. 2 shall also look into the matter and take necessary step in this regard.
