The petitioners had earlier filed a writ application, bearing C.W.J.C. No. 20538 of 2014, for release of Pick-Up Van, bearing registration no. BR 01GC 4134, which was seized on 26.04.2013 by the Block Supply Officer, Koilwar, Bhojpur, giving rise to Koilwar P.S. Case No. 71 of 2013 under Sections 420, 409/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

This Court after hearing the parties directed for release of the vehicle, in question, pending Confiscation Proceeding, bearing Confiscation Case No. 02 of 2014-15 to the

Patna High Court MJC No.1785 of 2017 (3) dt.26-07-2017 2/2 satisfaction of District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Bhojpur with certain condition.

Learned counsel submits that some time may be fixed for release of the vehicle.

In the facts and circumstances, let the vehicle be released within a period of one month from today. In case, the vehicle is not released within one month, the petitioners would be at liberty to file a contempt application.

This application stands disposed of.
