The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 250 of 2014 dated 05.12.2014 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The milch cattle of the informant is alleged to have been stolen. The petitioner and his Samdhi have been suspected by the informant of having stolen away the cattle of the informant. The reason for such suspicion is that the pick-up van of the petitioner was found parked in front of the house of one Genda Nat who is the Samdhi of the petitioner.
Beyond such suspicion, that also an unfounded one, there is no other material to connect the petitioner

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-8, Saran, Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 250 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) Krishna/- Ved/- U T
