Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of IPC. Allegation against the petitioner is that she got appointment to the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged educational certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has never produced any forged certificate. A supplementary affidavit has been filed, in which, it is stated that petitioner has resigned from the service (Annexure-2) to the supplementary affidavit. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

No.70559 of 2022(3) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner has resigned from the service, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No.30 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
