2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 221 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the police, after investigation submitted the final form after exonerating the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78609 of 2023(4) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like mount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 221 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
