Mr.Manoj Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with K Hat P. S. Case No. 508 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 304/34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. there is allegation that petitioners have taken the wife of the informant, who was pregnant for delivery before a Nurse and during the delivery, both the mother and child died.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that F.I.R. itself shows that she was taken to the Nurse and informant made no complaint against the above act of petitioner and except that there is nothing against him. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioners, above named, surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, on surrender, she will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Purenea, in connection with K Hat P. S. Case No. 508 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that they have to co-operate in the investigation and appear as and when required.
