The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No.618/2016 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named four persons including the petitioners and disclosed that they took Rs. 1200/- from the informant and others under Prime Minister Mudra Loan Scheme but no loan was granted to the informant. It appears from perusal of the F.I.R. itself that no specific allegation of taking money is made against the petitioners rather there is omnibus and general allegation that petitioners and others rook Rs. 1200/- from the informant and others for getting loan under Mudra Loan Scheme.

No.25763 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and nature of the allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No.618/2016 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
