The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in the disclosure made by a co-accused, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
