JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 This application is for grant of bail in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017 registered for the offences under section(s) 406, 409, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he has withdrawn Rs.2,95,000/- from his account, which had been deposited in the account of the petitioner due to mistake of the Bank.
After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit the aforesaid money if he is granted three months' time. In such view of the matter, this application is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31592 of 2017 (2) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 disposed of with a direction to the Court below to release the petitioner on provisional bail for a period of three months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to its own satisfaction with a condition that the petitioner will deposit the aforesaid amount before the Court within a period of three months, which will be released in favour of the Bank and if such amount is deposited within the aforesaid period, his bail shall be confirmed, otherwise his bail shall be cancelled.
