The petitioner seeds anticipatory bail in Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No.32 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341,323, 324, 307, 387, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he along with other accused persons armed with weapons came to the Darwaja of the informant and petitioner inflicted knife blow on the back of the informant due to which blood was oozing out.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33207 of 2017 (2) dt.24-07-2017 to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will pass an order on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order passed by this Court.
