2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 206 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 109 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, some named persons and unknown criminals fired, causing injuries to three persons. The name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation. He is in custody since 04.06.2025. The petitioner's name has appeared in the self-inculpatory statement and also in the dump data of the mobile.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence, this application for regular bail stands rejected.

5. However, if the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
