The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the bag of the informant was taken away by two unknown persons, who got down from the train in the way. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 24-07-2019. The name of the petitioner transpired in this case as he used the stolen mobile. Except for this, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. There is no

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate (Railway), Khagaria in connection with Naugachhia Rail P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018.
