Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 376(n), 453 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. From the allegations levelled in the first information report, no case under section 376 I.P.C. is made out against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64906 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut P.S.
