2.The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the accused persons is of killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and during investigation it has come that the deceased committed suicide due to a dispute over construction and allotment of house to other family members.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S.
