2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 171 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, when the informant along with his two sons was returning home, the petitioner along with his wife assaulted the informant with sharp-edged weapon, as a result, he sustained injuries on his forehead, eye, hand and mouth. Further, he snatched a golden chain of Rs. 60,000/- and Rs. 8,000/- cash from his pocket.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72155 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 allegation is against petitioner and his wife and she has been granted anticipatory bail by the court below itself. As a matter of fact, the informant, in drunken condition, entered into the house of the petitioner and misbehaved with his family members. In this regard, the petitioner has lodged a case against the informant.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M./A.C.J. in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 171 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
