The petitioners apprehends his arrest in connection with Ankorhigola P.S. Case No. 115/2019 registered under Section 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of daughter of informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the petitioners are grand father-in-law and cousin father-in-law of deceased daughter of the informant and they have falsely been implicated and they have got no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.70432 of 2019(3) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Ankorhigola P.S. Case No.115/2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
