This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail, as earlier her bail application was rejected by order dated 22.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.59593 of 2021.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case relates to committing of dacoity in HDFC Bank by 4-5 unknown criminals in the age group of 20-25 years and of looting Rs.1,19,60,777/- of the bank and from one customer. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation in the F.I.R. that in the occurrence, any woman had participated. It is next submitted that earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected merely for the reason that Rs.23 Lacs was recovered from the house of Indrasen, son

It is next submitted that the Court in the order dated 22.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.59593 of 2021 had recorded that the bail is being rejected for the present. It is next submitted that petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2021 and is a woman. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the period of custody of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.382 of 2022 arising out of Hajipur Town P. S. Case No.458 of 2021. The application stands allowed.
