2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(2) and 112(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have snatched gold chain and locket from the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2025.

5. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the self-inculpatory statement of the coaccused. He is accused in three more similar and serious cases.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
