The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 207, 302 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner has no role in the commission of this offence, even if the prosecution case is taken to be true, the petitioner is only alleged to be the order giver. The petitioner is 48 years old lady having clean antecedent and she is in custody since 20.06.2019.

Case No. 188 of 2019.
