2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the select list published for the post of Court Reader - cum - Deposition writer by the Centralized Selection and Appointment Committee - Cum - District & Sessions Judge, Patna has not been enclosed in the instant writ petition. According to him the aforesaid select list is a relevant document for adjudication of the issue raised by the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

3. Under the circumstances learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.16495 of 2024(2) dt.11-11-2024 2/2 liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

4. Prayer is allowed.

5. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty as prayed for.
