JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-04-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Patna Kotwali P.S. Case No. 450 of 2017 dated 09.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. One Suman Singh is said to have called the informant through his mobile telephone and asked him to deposit Rs. 20,000/-(twenty thousands) in the account of the Bihar School Examination Board for passing in T.E.T Skill Test of 2017.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and his name has transpired only on the confession of one Nitish Kumar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21376 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 Singh. But for the aforesaid material, there is no other evidence against the petitioner. Under similar circumstances, the other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court, some of which orders have been annexed with the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 450 of 2017.
