2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.03.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 910 of 2025 but he is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged custody of one and a half years. His further submission is that the quantity of narcotic substances recovered from the petitioner is less than the commercial quantity.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the period of incarceration, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74233 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 73 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.
4. Before accepting the bail bond, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner shall be verified and if, it is found that he is involved in any other case except the case(s), mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, his bail bond shall not be accepted.
