20-07-2018 In the second supplementary counter affidavit now filed on behalf of respondent no. 3 & 4, it appears from the statement made in paragraph 5 that the vehicle in question is lying within the sealed premises of Priyadarshi Motors. In view of the materials available on the record whereunder it is evident that the premises has been sealed on the direction of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, this Court would not be willing to exercise its extraordinary writ jurisdiction in a manner which may go against or in conflict with the order passed by another Hon'ble High Court.

The petitioner is however at liberty to seek his remedy

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1525 of 2017 (5) dt.20-07-2018 before the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, if so advised. This writ application is disposed of, accordingly. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J.) Rajeev/- U T
