JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Tekari P. S. Case No. 157 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 504, 506 and 308 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. petitioner no.1 has assaulted the husband of the informant by Fasli and petitioner no.2 has assaulted by rod to the daughter of the informant, causing injury to them. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is land dispute between the parties, due to which, some altercation took place. Moreover, injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from Annexure-2 series. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65775 of 2019(2) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gaya, in connection with Tekari P. S. Case No. 157 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
