Competent authority for looking into the grievance as per guideline is, in fact, District Programme Officer (ICDS) Sitamarhi. This fact is not disputed by State counsel. In the circumstance, this court would allow instant application for modification. The description of respondent no.3 in the order dated 01.08.2019 passed in CWJC No. 8792 of 2019 may be read as District Programme Officer (ICDS) Sitamarhi.
