2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The informant suspects that all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. have committed murder of his father.
4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name surfaced in this case during course of investigation. Petitioner has been dragged in this case, since deceased had prepared an agreement paper for selling of trees and on this agreement, this petitioner has put his signature, as witness. Save & except this, there is no other direct or indirect evidence against the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71333 of 2025(2) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 to show his complicity in the occurrence. Some of the coaccused persons have already been granted bail, vide orders annexed at Annexure P/4 series and Annexure P/5.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Darpa P.S.Case No. 5 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
