2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted the husband of the informant by means of iron rod as a result of which he sustained injury. Doctor has found the injury caused by this petitioner to be simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the bail application.

No.72434 of 2023(3) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj in connection with Chausa P. S. Case No. 100 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
