2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dharhara (Hajmapur) P.S. Case No. 209 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 452 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape with the victim. The petitioner is in jail since 17.10.2023.

4. In view of the fact that the trial is already
